SDNY
COURTHOUSE,
June 6 – A man who previously
served nine years in prison on
drugs charges was presented on
June 5 before U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Stewart D.
Aaron. Inner City Press was
there, the only media in the
SDNY Mag Court.
The
man is now charged with
shipping an AR-15 style rife
and 100 rounds of ammunition
to the Dominican Republic from
The Bronx, mislabeled as
Mazola oil and Mandalay
rice.
The
defendant was quickly bailed
out, on consent: $50,000
unsecured bond.
