Plead Guilty So June 12

March 7 – For mailing cocaine
from California to his
apartment building in
Manhattan, a man pled guilty
on March 7 before U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Margaret M. Garnett.

The
complaint described the
mailing of 108 packages over
the course of a year, and has
images of text messages with
CC-1. Canine-1, a
Belgian Malinois mix,
indicated the drugs in the
33rd floor
apartment.
Defendant
Rodriguez was arrested on
March 15, 2024 at JFK Airport.
His sentencing is scheduled
for June 12 at 11 am.
