COURTHOUSE,
Sept 26 – Two men, one from
Florida and 83 years old, the
other from Texas and 62 years
old, are indicted in a global
fraud conspiracy case. They
appeared before U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Chief
Judge Laura Taylor Swain on
September 26. Inner City Press
was there, the only media in
the courtroom.
The AUSA
said there are other related
cases, including one before
Judge Oetken that Inner City
Press is also covering.
In this one,
discovery is due by November
15; a conference has been set
for February 11, 2025 at 2:30
pm.
The
case is USA v. Kotler, et al.,
1:24-cr-431 (Swain)
