COURTHOUSE,
March 6 – A man charged with
two fentanyl sales of 100
grams each in Upper Manhattan
was released on $50,000 bond
with co-signers on March 6
before U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Magistrate Judge Robyn F.
Tarnofsky. Inner City Press
was there, thread:
AUSA describes
fentanyl mill with presses and
defendant's debit card.
Defense: Yes his
family is in Dominican
Republic- but unlike his
co-defendant CC-1, he did not
flee there despite facing ten
year minimum.
AUSA: Maybe he
didn't know he'd left his
debit card in the fentanyl
mill. He has a twin -
Defendant: The twin is here
[he is]
Judge: I believe
this defendant has rebutted
the presumption for detention.
I free you on $50,000
unsecured bond with 2
co-signers.
The case is USA
v. Gaston, 1:25-mj-764
