COURTHOUSE,
March 12 – A woman
charged with phoning in bomb
threats to 26 Federal Plaza
when inquiring about her Green
Card and A-Number pleaded
guilty on March 10 to
misdemeanor "assaulting an
employee of the US" - a
misdemeanor.
The March
13, 2024 complaint said she
made 14 bomb threats in eight
calls. The guilty plea is to
only count one of an
information, about February 1,
2045. Sentencing
is set for August 12.
The case is
USA v. Serna Theran,
1:25-cr-95 (Lehrburger)
