SDNY
COURTHOUSE,
April 3 – A man on felon in
possession of a firearm
charges on April 3 was brought
before US District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Magistrate Judge Barbara
C. Moses. Inner City Press was

SDNY Mag court.
He had been arrested or come
into Federal custody at 9:30

with the gun was on January

said he consented to
detention, and waived to the
30th day.
Where will
he be taken? the judge

Most likely

Six hours later, the complaint
was still listed as sealed.
The case is
USA v. Ganie, 1:25-mj-771
