Oct 15 – A man arrested
and charged with trafficking
60 guns and 1000 rounds of
ammo from Georgia to New York
City had a detention hearing
on October 15 before U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Ona T. Wang.

defendant may have ties to

Defense: He was
born in Georgia, now live in
North Potomoc, Maryland. He
has owned record labels.
Judge: What
was his prior conviction?
AUSA: Robbery and
assault outside a 7/11
Defense: It was a bar fight.
AUSA: He was
sentenced to 18 months.
Pre-Trial: It's
unclear if he's been living in
NY or Maryland. Defense: He
wants to open a restaurant in
NY Judge: I'll take a break
