COURTHOUSE,
Oct 22
– A man from the Dominican
Republic was in a nightclub in
Inwood on September 15 and was
photographed holding a gun - a
gun police say was used later
that night in a murder.
On
October 22 Magistrate Judge
Stewart D. Aaron signed a
complaint with a single count,
Alien in Possession of a
Firearm, in the U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Court, which Inner
City Press closely covers.
The
Complaint has two photographs
of the defendant, one with a
gun circled - and then a photo
of the other individuals,
holding a gun the Complaint
says is the same.
The case is
US v. Gonzalez, 1:25-cr-3355
