– A man from Panama who twice
illegally reentered the United
States and has an Interpol Red
Notice for murder in Panama
was detained on the morning of
October 23 in 26 Federal Plaza
in lower
Manhattan.
After 5 pm he was
brought by US Marshals before
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Stewart D.
Aaron. Inner City Press was
there, the only media in the
SDNY Mag court, and live
tweeted, thread:

The AUSA
was Nicholas Daly Pavlis.
While the Delaware AUSA he
spoke with was not named in
court, it is the Office, and
thus DOJ's, decision.
