Oct 3 – The five-count
indictment of NYC Mayor Eric
Adams was unsealed in the U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrates Court. Inner City
Press was the first one in and

his presentment, now set for
Friday, September 27 at
noon.

at noon he was arraigned and

filed a motion for sanctions

On October 3, the
US Attorney's Office wrote in
that " because the schedule
for CIPA practice may inform
the overall schedule for other
events in the case, the
Government respectfully
requests that the Court hold
the Section 2 conference
before finalizing a trial
