July 28 – A defendant
charged with trying to sell 40
pounds of meth for $50,000 was
the subject of a bail fight on
July 28 in the U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrates Court. Inner City
Press was the only media
there, and live

faces 10 years, though he may
be eligible for the safety
valve.
Federal Defender:
He is a life long resident of
LA, he could fly here if the
agents give him back his ID.
He is self employed in
apparel, VME [Defendant is

Mexico
Judge: in 2021...
I am going to release him on
$50,000 unsecured bond, with
two signers, travel restricted
to SDNY, EDNY and CDCA and
points in between. Preliminary
