SDNY COURTHOUSE,

Does 1-35 for
infringing on

he was design

At
first, he got
an

On January 12,
2023 U.S.
District Court
for the
Southern
District of
New York Judge
J. Paul Oetken
held a
telephone
hearing. Inner

covered
it.
Judge Oetken
asked pro se
plaintiff
Weijie Weng to
explain his
case and some
discrepancies
in his

asked if his
wife could
speak for him.
It's your

told. And he
had few

By the end of
the hearing,
