SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 7 –
Portal
Instruments,
which says it
is developing
needle-free
drug delivery
platforms,
sued LEO
Pharma A/S for
failure to pay
under an
agreement.
On
January 4,
2023 U.S.
District Court
for the
Southern
District of
New York
Judge Lorna G.
Schofield held
a proceeding.
Inner City
Press covered
it.
Portions
of the
complaint were
redacted,
purportedly
based on
discussions
with the
Clerk's
Office.
On
January 6, LEO
wrote to Judge
Schofield
about a
proposed
motion to
dismiss.
Portal,
represented by
Latham&
Watkins,
replied with
what it called
a more
streamlined
procedure
going forward.
The
case is Portal
Instruments,
Inc. v. LEO
Pharma A/S,
22-cv-9156
