SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 14 – Erik Ciriaco is
charged with attempted
possession of narcotics with
intent to
distribute.
On August 4, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Edgardo Ramos held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Ramos
asked how much of the money
had been counterfeit and was
instead told how much was
real: $490.
On April 13, 2022
Judge Ramos held another
conference in the case. In the
interim he had approved the
Federal Defenders' request for
travel to Honey Brook,
Pennsylvania.
Jump cut to May
14, 2026 when, back on a VOSR,
the US Attorney's Office wrote
that in light of his June 5
trial on state charges, the
VOSR should be pushed to late
June or July.
The case is US v.
Ciriaco, 21-cr-450 (Ramos)
