Dec 10 – A man previously
sentenced for firing a gun by
a cemetery in The Bronx was up
on violations of supervised
release on December 10 before
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Robyn F.
Tarnofsky. Inner City Press

Probation officer, with middle
finger.
Judge: When was
photo taken? Federal Defender:
These are old photos on his
phone. [Defendant raises hand,
like in school. Now talking
audibly to his lawyer]
Judge: What about
in-patient drug treatment?
AUSA: He could abscond, and
there's a missing gun.
Federal Defender:
There are no pending NYS
charges. Judge: The burden-
