Time Served as Non Citizen

COURTHOUSE,
April 14 – A woman charged
with selling military
components to China in
violation of US law is up for
sentencing on April 16.
His lawyer, who
for a time represented Chinese
/ CCP businessman Ng Lap Seng,
is asking for a time served
sentence, noting the
"collateral consequences as a
non-citizen."
The
complaint quotes her that "we
had delivery issues currently
with customs, so we've decided
to release all the items to
South Korea first and release
to HK from Korea
temporarily."
The
sentencing is by U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Andrew L. Carter, whose
proceedings Inner City Press
