| Bronx Man Found With 2 Guns
and Glassines of Heroin Pled
Guilty to 63 Months Asks No Jail

COURTHOUSE,
Dec 23 – A man found
with two guns and more than
150 glassine bags of heroin in
his Bronx apartment came to
plead guilty on August 20
before U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge J. Paul Oetken.
Inner City Press was
there.
The complaint
said that police were led to
his apartment by a complaint
by a person who said the
defendant pulled a gun on
them, and described the gun.
The complaint has two photos
of guns.
The
plea deal has a guideline of
63 to 78 months.
On December 23
his Federal Defender wrote in
asking for six years of
supervised release, with the
first year to be spent on home
confinement. Sentencing is set
for January 8.
