arrested in
The Bronx on
September 2,
2022 after a
gun was found
in the vehicle
he was
driving, a
blue Alfa
Romeo SUV.
On January 30,
2023 U.S.
District Court
for the
Southern
District of
New York Judge
Jennifer L.
Rochon held a
proceeding.
Inner City

Pichardo is
charged as a
felon in
possession of
a firearm.
After his
Miranda
warning,
according to
the complaint,
he admitted
he'd bought
the gun and
ammo for
$1000.
Judge Rochon
asked what the
underlying
felony was.
Bail jumping,
and drugs. She
asked about
discovery,
gave the Brady
order, and set
a trial date:
July 24,
2023.
