SDNY
COURTHOUSE,
Oct 17 – In the Blake Lively
v. Justin Baldoni lawsuits, a
hearing was held on February 3
before U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Lewis J. Liman.
Inner City Press was there
with live coverage, thread
On February 10,
Lively's lawyer asked for
delay: "Plaintiff Blake Lively
respectfully moves for an
extension of time to file her
amended complaint to March 5,
2025. Full filing on

On September 16
the Wayfarer Parties filed

On October 17 it
was docketed that an audio CD
would be in the Clerk's
Office: "The Parties have
conferred and agreed to
provide the Clerk’s Office
with copies of the physical
audio recording in a CD
format, which will then be
distributed to, or copied for,
the public upon the Clerk’s
Office receiving such request.
Counsel for the Parties
confirmed that the Clerk’s
Office is amenable to the
foregoing approach, which the
Parties agree provides public
access to the audio file in
lieu of the file being filed
on the public docket, which
the Court’s docket cannot
accommodate from a technical
standpoint. Counsel has
received limited outreach for
the audio file to date and
intends to provide a
sufficient number of copies to
accommodate any anticipated
requests to the Clerk’s Office
and will also provide
additional copies, as needed."
At 4:30 pm on
October 17 Inner City Press
went and was told no CDs
there, to go to Records on the
3rd floor. There, the window
had closed at 3:30 pm. Why not
put upload it to the Internet?
Later Judge Liman
ordered: "MEMO ENDORSEMENT on
re: [857] Letter filed by
Blake Lively ENDORSEMENT:
Copies shall be provided to
the Clerk's Office no later
than October 20, 2025. SO
ORDERED (Signed by Judge Lewis
J. Liman on 10/17/2025)."
Back on February
