Chase learned
Frank had only

customers.

Javice was
brought before
U.S. District
Court for the
Southern
District of
New York
Magistrate
Judge Barbara
C. Moses and was
freed on $2
million bond.

February 27 the third
witness Leslie
Wims Morris
of JPMC admitted
they thought
BofA was
bidding and
she's now with

put on a
Google record
custodian

then a former
Frank staffer
Jen Wong who
said she was
pissed
Chase fired
her.
On
March 4 Jen Wong was
still on the
stand, on
cross - while
Javice's
lawyer
Sullivan
argued he must
be allowed to
cross examine
about Jamie
Dimon's defensive
play in buying
Frank, to keep
it from BofA
(and, it
turned out,
Capital One)
