COURTHOUSE,
Feb 2 –A man who left Honduras
fleeing gangs there and
entered the US in 2021 via the
CBP One app was detained by
ICE and is the Orange County
Correction Facility.
On February 2 he
filed a habeas corpus petition
in the US District Court for
the Southern District of New
York, where Inner City Press
found it.
The
petition says he was arrested
"while attending a routine
probation appointment in
Monticello, NY."
The case
was not assigned out as of 11
pm on February 2
