COURTHOUSE,
Nov 7 – A man from China who
was detained by ICE on
November 7 and held in 26

in the U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New

found it.
He entered
the US on November 1, 2023 at

his scheduled check-in at 26

he was detained and placed in
removal proceedings.
The
complaint says that in the

employed at various
restaurants in New York,
regularly attends services at
The Grace of Christ Chinese
Church and is a baptized
Christian."
He asks for
an order "that petitioner
shall not be transferred
