Ponzi scheme called IcomTech,
which held a promotional event
in or near NYC's Times Square,
David Carmona on December 21
pled guilty before U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Jennifer L. Rochon.

Cardona was sentenced to 121

was sentenced. Thread.
On December 2,
David Brend was sentenced to
10 years. Inner City Press was

Brend: I was the
first male PTA president at my
son's school. My ex-wife is
praying for me. I was good at
communicating, marketing. My
mother in law passed out last
time she was here
Judge
Rochon : Mr Brend was raised
in a strong Jehovah's Witness
community. He has a Masters
Degree and receives payments
from a Native American tribe.
He engaged in crypto fraud,
silencing those who complained
Judge: He
described himself as a MLM
expert. Mr Rodriguez got 7
years and did not deal
directly with victims. I
sentence Mr. Brend to ten
years in prison.
He asked
for Pensacola, and agreed to
surrender on December 16.
