takes off from the UNSMIL
mission in Libya, sent to
Inner City Press which
Guterres and his Melissa
Fleming ban from entering the
UN to ask, while Spox Stephane
Dujarric refuses written
questions:
Dear Mr. Lee,
Thanks a lot for your support
and care. We have sent the
below request to SRSG and SG
as we cannot stand impunity
and corruption in UNSMIL. As
you can easily understand NS
are immediately fired if there
is any protest based on
legitimate rights whilst
International Staff are
promoted if they commit fraud
or gross violations. So none
of the International Staff
reports wrongdoings or speaks
loud. Very shameful. These are
the persons that pretend to
take elections and democracy
in Libya
Dear SG and SRSG
Ms. Tetteh, We are
addressing this request to you
to stop a continuous series of
abuses and harassments in our
Mission as a follow up of the
dismissal of our National
Colleague Wajdi Barggig in
Human rights. He is not alone
unfortunately. You
should have been informed that
several Senior Managers in
UNSMIL are currently under
investigation and found
guilty for frauds, abuse
of power, authority and
harassment. The above
violations were substantiated
by OIOS Audits and two
fact findings that sanctioned
the CMS Ms. Huda Hannnina D1
for fraud related to the half
payment of her accommodation
that was allowed by her
boyfriend and partner in
crimes, Mr. Louay
Mostafa and his team also for
abuses of power and
harassment. We came to
know that Ms. Hannina
was also under investigation
in Haiti for the same
abuses on Staff and was saved
due to her friends in HQ and
moved to NY. Same
happened to Mr. Mostafa. He
was granted selection P4 in
UNSMIL and immediately
allocated under a TJO P5
Senior Administrative, a post
that has never been used for
this task.
We cannot report
to CDU because the Office
forwards everything to your
DSRSG via mail and phone, both
Lebanese, and every attempt
done by us looks
vain.
Just a few
days ago another Libyan
Colleague Mr. Amahdi
working in Protocol Office
under COS was obliged to
resign due to the continuous
harassment and abuses of Ms.
Teif Alhasso, Syrian protocol
officer, who was used daily to
verbally offend Mr. Almahdi,
harasses him even in public.
He left UNSMIL without having
another job. Imagine what
level of harassment he felt to
leave just like this. From one
day to another. Ms. Alhasso is
a well renowned spy in UNSMIL
and outside as well. That`s
why the Visas for UNSMIL are
delayed in MOFA as nobody
trusts her. Everyone who knows
her dislikes her person,
attitude and manners. Even the
cats in OEA know her
maleficence. The only one, who
protects her, is Mr.
Mohammad Tal, Chief Political
Officer who is stupidly
disclosing UN documents and
information to her, which is
the worst choice to do. But
all Mission knows about their
affair and cannot say a word
due to the fact that they both
work under SRSG`s
Office.
That's today's UN
under Guterres: pure
hypocrisy...We will have more
on this - the UN bans the
Press and refuses to answer
questions
