Spreads from Guterres to

UN GATE,
Nov 23 – How corrupt is
today's UN under Antonio
Guterres? Consider UNEP, which
under Kenya no-show Inter
Andersen is falling apart,
staff tell Inner City Press,
below.
Now spinning the
COP30 outcome in Belem,
Andersen has pontificated,
"COP30 also reinforced the
growing global momentum, both
in and outside of the
negotiating halls, to
transition away from fossil
fuels as agreed in Dubai at
COP28... UNEP will continue
our work to support all
partners deliver the promise
of the Paris Agreement, for
people and for planet."
Really? Consider UNEP staff,
below.
Meanwhile
Guterres, who bans Inner City
Press from even entering the
UN, added, misspellings and
all, "I understand many may
feel dissapointed [sic]."
Cuba's Foreign
Minister Bruno Rodriguez
Parrilla: "'the Belem COP
strengthens and demonstrates
the importance of
multilateralism in addressing
major global challenges such
as combating #climatechange,'
he wrote on X." Presumably
without a VPN, which if Cuban
dissidents use on X, it
appears they will now be outed
on their profiles, according
to director of product Nikita
Bier who responds on this but
not the ongoing blocking of
Inner City Press from its main
X account, and disappearing of
past Ghislaine Maxwell trial
posts.
From inside UNEP:
Dear Matthew
Russell Lee,
We are
calling for your urgent
attention, and action against
the UNEP Executive Director.
Why? Spending millions
of member state funds chasing
a mis-advised plastics treaty,
and resulting to cannibalizing
UNEP due to the ensuing budget
deficit
Terminating
massive staff contracts
without any reference to
CPR/member state oversight, in
the same way the SG does not
abolish posts without GA
clearance.
We are calling on
the CPR/member states and the
OIOS [ha!] to urgently halt
the prohibited conduct and
actions that the ED-UNEP and
her cabal are engaged in,
listed above, and institute an
urgent formal
investigation.
Whistle-blower staff UNEP.
We will have more
on all of this.
Guterres,
they say, should end
censorship. Application was
made on June 19, 2025, here.
And X, too. Watch this site.
