Again Urge SG Guterres to
Resign As He Cuts the
Young and Female for His
Cronies

UN GATE,
Jan 30 – How corrupt and
decrepit has the UN system
become under Antonio Guterres,
in this case due to Guterres?
Back on May 13,
2025 he sent sent a letter to
staff, leaked to Inner City
Press, in which Guterres
bemoans leaks: "I realize that
“leaks” and rumours may create
unnecessary anxiety. We are
currently in the proposals
development phase... It
is important to emphasize that
these internal consultations
and functional reviews are
preliminary steps aimed at
generating ideas and exploring
options. They do not represent
the final position of
management." We'll see.
On January 30,
2026, after Guterres banned
Inner City Press from what his
spokesman Stephane Dujarric
billed as Guterres' last
annual press conference, this:
"Dear Matthew
Russell Lee, Many thanks for
exposing corruption in UN
under Antonio Guterres and his
cronies. Corrupt Guterres
brags about UN cuts. The worst
Secretary General in UN
history proudly bragged about
“cutting 22% of the posts in
the Secretariat without
creating dramatic social
impact”. What shameless
Guterres does not say is that
22% post cut does not
equal 22% cost reduction
(member states are asking for
cost reduction not just
redundancies). The 22% post
cut mentioned by Guterres have
been mainly junior P2
and P3 staff and
disproportionately young
women. Even in some cases
pregnant or seriously sick
women being deprived of salary
and medical insurances. Very
poor performance of Guterres,
once named by his deputy crony
Amina Mohamed “Our
Gender in Chief”.
Well, Mr Gender
in Chief no only protects sex
abusers under the corrupt
scheme of Martha Helena Lopez
and Catherine Pollard but also
fires young female colleagues
to retain long term
staff with fat salaries and
benefits. Very few senior post
have been abolished in 2025.
In some entities of the
Secretariat not a single ASG,
D2, D1 or P5 have been
abolished. The reality is that
UN80 under Guterres is not a
reform, it is more of the same
with same cronies that created
the crisis and whose only game
is to stay with their fat
salaries and generous benefits
while destroying the future of
the UN. Member states must
hold Guterres and all his
cronies accountable."
Guterres had the
critical Press roughed
up and thrown out. There
has been no due process since,
not even a response to Guterres'
Melissa Fleming to a pro bono inquiry
