Corruption and Nepotism In
Filing on Guterres UNSMIL to
Inner City Press

Oct 20 – How corrupt has the
UN become under Antonio
Guterres? Today's example is
from the UNSMIL mission in
Libya, sent to Inner City
Press which Guterres and his
Melissa Fleming ban from
entering the UN to ask, while
Spox Stephane Dujarric refuses
written questions:
"We, UNSMIL
National Staff, are writing to
you to report the extreme
corruption and abuses on us
Libyans by some International
Staff in UNSMIL which are
protected from the Senior
Management of the Mission
because they are spies.
We are
first referring to Mr. Louay
Mostafa, Chief Supply Chain
Management, Egyptian, who has
been PNG in Tripoli
since June 2024 because
he tried to falsify the
entrance document in Libya
with the complicity of Ms
Teif Alhasso, Protocol
Officer, Syrian, well known in
MOFA for her arrogance and
ability to manipulate
any kind of situations.
Nobody trusts her in MOFA and
every document coming from her
needs to be verified hundreds
time, knowing that she is
working for other interests
than UNSMIL.
Mr. Louay
Mostafa has proven not
only to be incompetent and not
even in possession of basic
qualification for his job as
per HR check, but he has
abused several Libyans with
his partner in crime Mr. Tony
Hachem, Lebanese, and they are
both under investigation but
no sanctions against them.
This is UNSMIL, a can of
worms. Instead to
suspend all of them, the
Mission Leadership has instead
covered up and once again
promoted Mr. Mostafa as Chief
Mission Support and we cannot
tolerate anymore this
situation. He is
ignorant and an abuser of our
people.
Mr.Mostafa
is a P4 who got P5 in
UNSMIL by grace of his
girlfriend, CMS Huda Hannina,
suspended since three years on
full pay for abuse of power,
fraud and harassment. They
were the right couple in view
of the compatibility of
wrongdoings and abuses.
Mr. Mostafa is used to
manipulate women a she married
years ago a Libyan Staff, as
second wife(her family then
complained in front of
the gate of OEA) and recently
he married his Libyan
secretary Sanam Khalil in
Cairo, second wife, with the
hope to get the Libyan visa
back. Ms. Khalil has already
secured her post and surely
will be promoted National
Professional.
This is the way
it works in UNSMIL. And they
want to give us lessons for
the Elections
That's today's UN
under Guterres: pure
hypocrisy...We will have more
on this - the UN bans the
Press and refuses to answer
questions
