UN GATE,
Nov 13 – How corrupt
is today's UN under Antonio
Guterres? Today's follow up is
yet again on his mission in
Colombia, about which his
spokespeople Stephane Dujarric
and Melissa Fleming refuse all
Press questions. Inner City
Press has asked them, and
others, about the newest sex
abuse case against the UN
there. Now this, from a UN
whistleblower sent to Inner
City Press:
Dear Matthew Russell Lee,
The UN's
disturbing pattern has allowed individuals
like Thair Al-Tikriti and John Medina—the
first with cases for fraud,
misrepresentation, and sexual harassment,
and the latter for both harassment and
sexual harassment- to retire comfortably
despite numerous allegations.
Al-Tikriti and Medina, both notorious for
their behavior as sexual predators, were
effectively shielded from repercussions and
allowed to leave without consequences,
further revealing a system that enables
abusers rather than holding them
accountable.
Ledesma, along with his
girlfriend—an under qualified Chief Human
Resources who is now conveniently seeking to
fill the Chief ORM chair after helping Yang
Wang commit fraud to get the CMS position-
has created an environment where
intimidation is routine, and corruption is
unchecked. Together, they have established a
reign of terror over staff by leveraging
their close influence on the SRSG, who has
become a puppet for any actions these two
wish to pursue.
With the SRSG’s backing, Ledesma and his
partner are empowered to take any steps
necessary to protect themselves and their
allies, covering up misconduct while
ruthlessly targeting those who attempt to
expose the truth
We'll have
more on all this. No answer from UN
Spox Dujarric on this, or nomination of Elise Stefanik. Keep
the info coming.
