Tekashi #6ix9ine To Plead Guilty and Accept Month in Prison on Nov 12 US Says

by Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon Book Substack

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Nov 5 – Rapper Daniel Hernandez a/k/a Tekashi #6ix9ine, still on probation after sentencing as a cooperator in the Nine Trey gang case, was ordered detained on alleged violations of supervised release on October 29 by U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Paul A. Engelmayer. Inner City Press was there, from the thread (when he spoke for himself)

#6ix9ine: I'm not a piece of, uh, I'm not a bad person. I apologize. I'm coming down to my last six months on probation. In the last six months, why would I mess up now? My case was transferred to Florida a couple of months ago.

Judge: I'll be interested in that on Nov 12.  I can't resolve it now. Another court directed you not to leave the country, you left. You can call that court corrupt, and that country corrupt, but you left. I'll see you in two weeks. Adjourned.

On November 5 the US Attorney's Office wrote in that ", the defendant will admit to each of the five specifications detailed in the Second Amended Violation report... recommend that the following sentence be imposed: (1) a period of thirty days’ incarceration; (2) followed by" - letter on Patreon here.

The case is still USA v. Jones, et al., 1:18-cr-834 (Engelmayer)
